Run with Emma on the trail from the house. Rebel had to bike due to his hip injury but he started out with us for a while and Emma and I had a good chat to make the run go by quickly.

I could jokingly say that it was a more meaningful run than my runs with you, but in reality I just had some free time at work to log for once. I hope you can forgive me for unintentional slight.

And I could continue the imagined insult, but I'm just happy to read up to date logs. I will uphold your example and exalt preferable behavior, not hide our feelings behind contempt.
