Notes

After a pretty good run on Monday, this run felt terrible. My knee was getting sore by the halfway point and on the way back I dealt with quite a bit of stress on it. I tried to keep my mind on the conversation with Kevin but it was tough to avoid focusing on my knee. I can almost feel something pull tight around my knee instead of extending the way it should.

The only good thing about these runs is that my knee seems to recover pretty quickly. It doesn't feel great the rest of the day but it isn't tightening up going up and down stairs like it did a few months ago.
