Notes
I took yesterday off since I figured it would be the worst day of the week but today was still a lot more slippery than I had expected. After I got to some more main roads I didn't have much trouble but when I started I thought I was in for a slow run. I ran home and let Ryder out. I did a mile while he was outside and then let him in and did another mile before putting him back in his kennel. It worked out well for me but I did feel bad that I didn't get to play with him at all.
