Notes

Run on my on the bike path. It felt colder to start but I warmed up after a few miles. Near the 3 mile mark the trail started to have a bunch of drifts and was not worth running. I turned back since I was feeling crappy anyway and wondered if I would even feel like adding on when I got back. Felt bad for the next few miles but at 42nd street I convinced myself to turnaround and add on to at least get 8. Then after I turned around I started to feel much better and decided to add on. Surprisingly got to 10 and felt really good.
