Run with Nutmeg on the trail. He brought up doing a tempo after a couple miles and while I hadn't been planning on it, I was feeling good. We jumped to sub 6 pace and I felt comfortable through the entire workout other than maybe the last half mile. I think that was partly due to me thinking we would be done earlier than we were though. Overall Nutmeg said it was around 5:45 pace and I felt good about that. Nothing crazy but I also felt really comfortable for most of it.
