Notes

Run with Nutmeg at lunch. We planned on doing a workout and I preferred tempo pace. First mile was right at 6 minutes and the next couple were at 5:45 and we finished with ~5:35. I felt great through the first 3 and most of the 4th before starting to feel some back tightness in the last quarter mile or so. I'm not sure if this is from knowing we were about done and pushing harder or just ready to stop. We then did 3 solid hills that were really tough. Definitely feeling some burn in my legs early and completely tightening up by the end. We did one more 30 second fast and relaxed on the way back and I was happy to be done.
