Notes

Run with Nutmeg south on the trail. I wasn't planning a long run with a race this weekend but another part of me was tempted to train through it so I kind of went in the middle with 12. It also depended on how far Nutmeg went and if I would have to be adding on on my own. So when Nutmeg seemed up for 12 and felt good throughout, it seemed like a good option for me without adding on. We picked it up a bit the last 4-5 miles and 6:30s seemed to wear on me a bit more than I would like, but I have had a few bigger weeks of training for me so I'm sure some fatigue has set in.
