Sabin wanted to go to the Tuesday Night Track workout that the CVRA puts on. I've been to these in the past and figured it would only be the two of us under 40 years old and I was right. After a long warmup (~6 miles) we decided to do the workout with them. 400-800-1200-800-400. The rest wasn't full recovery but we had plenty of time between reps. Sabin and I ran the entire workout side by side. 69-2:30-3:46-2:28-67. It was a solid workout for both of us without having to strain at all. Hopefully this makes the 5k at the end of the triathlon this weekend feel a little more comfortable. After the workout we cooled down back to the apartment. Biggest day of running in months. My knee was noticeable on the cool down and a little bit the rest of the night. Not too bad though.
