Notes

I got off the bike and just changed quick and headed out the door. I tried to start out hard but could tell after about a half mile that I haven't done this yet this year and I'm just not in as good of running shape as I have been. I decided to back it off a little and just make sure I could get in at least the 3 miles I had as a minimum in my head. I started to recover at about the halfway point and picked it up a little in the last mile again. Not a great feeling run but I won't have to bike 40 before any runs this year so i feel good enough about toughing it out.
