Notes

Workout on the Central XC course with Nutmeg.

6-5-4-3-2-1 minutes at tempo pace and faster. I skipped the 3 minute piece for a longer recovery and overall felt pretty good considering how much running I have been doing. I was pretty exhausted after each rep though.
