Notes

Started off pretty hard because I was feeling good. This led to me getting a better understanding of just how out of shape I am. The first 2 miles were pretty good, the last 1 I slowed done quite a bit. Did a couple of minutes barefoot at the end.

Both feet still feel tender after the run. I'm not really sure how much to push it right now.
