Notes

Run with Jason from work. He was planning a workout which sounded like it would be a comfortable pace for me. Slow 3 miles to the location for the workout. Then 2x3 miles at ~6:10 pace. The pieces felt really easy, which is to be expected I guess. Still nice to get in a little faster pace for a while. The 3 miles back and mile in between were also really slow though.
