Run with Hero in Des Moines. I wasn't expecting to get in this long of a run but I felt really good throughout it and am glad Hero convinced me to run after a cold day watching Drake. We ran through town and then found some trails which were muddy but still firm enough to run on. After running around for a while in the park we headed back and zig zagged a little to end up around 10. I'm not sure how many runs Hero and I have done where it is just the two of us so it was nice to chat about a lot of different things and have the run go by quickly. By the end my toe was feeling a little sore so I think we stopped at the perfect time.
