Run with Nutmeg in Tama again. The trail to south was clear so we got to go a different direction and it was much better running. Flat, dirt/crush limestone for about 4 miles. We went at a decent pace but I felt good throughout the run today. Good to meet up and get a run in again with Nutmeg.
