Run with Nutmeg and Hero in Des Moines. I felt great for most of this run, but ended up rolling my ankle about half way through it. This was probably the worst ankle roll I've ever had as a runner and would rank up there with some of my worst from basketball. I had to lie down on the trail for a while to get weight off of it and at first it hurt so bad I wasn't sure how I would walk back more or less run. After 5 minutes or so I finally got back up and started jogging easy on it. It still hurt but I could tolerate it. I ended up doing another 30 minutes on it which may have been a bad idea but it was nice to run with company, and other than that I felt good for a change.
