Notes

Run with Nutmeg and Helix and lunch. Helix did 5 with us and then Nutmeg and I did a workout for the last 5. One mile and 5:40 followed by 5x30 seconds fast. Then one more mile at 5:35. I was feeling it on the last mile but still a pretty decent workout overall.
