I think I could just about call this a tempo run. First time running by myself in awhile so I started off pretty aggressively since I had been starting out so slow all week. This led to me feeling tired for the first time this week, but I think that is a good thing. Not really sure about pace but I hope it was sub 7 pace for most of it because otherwise I am not in very good shape. Overall it was a good run.
