Brutal feeling run on my own. I was hoping to go 10 at lunch today and pushed myself out for 4 but decided I was feeling really bad and probably should start heading back. My calves were also very tight, which has been an issue for the past couple of months. I stopped to stretch them at 4 miles but it didn't help much and I felt uncomfortable and tired the entire way back. Actually pulled the plug to walk again at 6 miles so I have no idea what was going on today. I'm going to need to figure out a way to loosen my calves up though.
