Notes
Run with Helix on sac and fox. I had 2 very late nights in a row. ~1 am and 2:30 am so I knew this run was going to be rough. Add in the fact that we didn't get started until 1 and it was surprisingly muggy, and needless to say that I was ready to be done at 12. We still kept up a decent pace but I was hitting a wall around 9. Still able to finish the run but it felt way harder than 20 last week. Still really good to get out for the run after the last 2 nights.
