After the rough swim I was pretty upset and wasn't really sure what to think about the rest of the race. I got on the bike and everything started to feel better. Passed a ton of people on the bike ~50-70 if not more. Was only passed by one guy in the last 1/4 mile when I was trying to spin in and let my legs recover a little. My avg speed was a little disappointing when I saw it since I was passing so many people. I think I can go faster on the bike and am pretty happy with it considering I haven't been riding much. Aero bars are awesome.
