Notes
I had planned on running yesterday but I got stuck in a meeting and didn't meet Helix in time and figured I could probably use a day off anyway. Kind of a waste of the nice weather though.
I thought today would still be nice and went out at 3:30 in shorts and a t-shirt and felt very cold. My phone still said 62 and feels like 62 but I don't think it was updating because it felt like it was in the 40s. I fortunately had a long sleeve as well so I put that on and headed to meet Helix, still feeling quite cold into the wind. Ran to Helix and did 5 with him before running back to work. My phone had updated to 42 and feels like 32 by the time I was done which is a pretty crazy drop in just over an hour of running.
