TT bike by myself. Went East into the wind but still dealt with a strong cross wind from the South. I wasn't going real fast but convinced myself to continue on for a long ride since I wasn't able to do much else this weekend. Made it all the way to Olin and turned around. I still had to fight the cross wind on the way back but it was also enough behind me to help me cruise back ~20 minutes faster than I went out. Longest solo ride and second longest ride ever.
My shoulder really hurt the day after this ride. I think having to control the bike in the crosswinds all day was really hard on it. It is the same pain I have had from swimming too hard.
