Good run with Nutmeg from Brandon. We just ran west on the trail and did an out and back. The trail is a pretty ideal option for running in the small town. The weather was nice and a lot of chatting made this run go by pretty quickly. My shins were sore for most of the run, but as we picked it up the second half of the run they started to feel better. We got moving at a pretty solid pace for at least the second half of the run.
