Ran 3 with Kyle and Lane before the men's race at regionals and then another 2 in between the races with Cholo, Kyle, and Argo. I'm also counting spectating as two miles. It was nice to run with a few people I don't see very often. After the races the cold was starting to get to me due to my sweat freezing. The Luther men and women had pretty good days. Nothing mind blowing this year as they ran about where they were placed in the region. But it was a tough region and a lot PRs still means the day should be considered a success.
