Notes

2 mile warmup/4 mile cool down. The warmup felt pretty good. Not a ton of spring in my step but overall I felt ready to race. The cool down was tough. My calf was really tight on hills and I was just really tired and sore. I definitely held the pace back and was hoping I would start to feel better at some point. But it never really happened. My legs just couldn't recover for the cool down.
