Notes

After lacking motivation to start the week with a run on my own I wanted to make sure I got at least 10 today with Chase. W did ten at a pretty solid pace and I felt good aside from a side cramp. I assume that was from not eating and drinking well enough today. My legs probably could have done more but I didn't feel like fighting that cramp any longer.
