Notes

Same route I did on Friday but 7 minutes slower. I ran the first 3 with a guy from work and then just tried to take it easy and get in some miles. My foot still got sore but I was expecting it and didn't really care. I assume the route is actually about 10.5 and I ran fast on Friday and slow today. I will just give myself the extra mile today.
