Notes

I was lacking motivation after a longer day at work but a phone call with Nutmeg convinced me to get out for my run. I ended up doing a workout since he said he had done one and I was hoping it would make the run go by faster. This ended up working out perfectly. I did two 10 minute tempo+ pieces with 5 minutes in between. Not an insane workout but I had a solid pace going and I felt really good and strong on both of them.
