Run with Kevin. This felt really good for the first time all week. I planned on doing my typical faster pre-race run and right away my running form felt good. I ran with the group until we got across the streets and picked it up into more of a tempo pace (sub 6). Did this for about 15 minutes feeling really strong and then met back up with Kevin (out and back) and finished the run at a normal pace. Finally have some confidence for tomorrow.
