Notes
My toe has been really sore since the race last Saturday so I've been trying to rest it with some days off. This run started out fine but then I got a terrible side cramp around 2 miles. I was planning on adding on after I let Niko and Ryder out but I didn't think I would be able to due to the tightness. I started a slow add on and ended up feeling better and stretched it to the full add on I had planned. I even felt good on the way back to work.
