Notes

Run on my own from work. I was feeling pretty good today and going back and forth between a long run or just a solid day. I set out for 10 and figured I would see how I felt. I ended up adding on a couple of miles on the way back but then started to feel tired and decided 12 would be enough for the day. Still felt good by the end but I was also ready to be done.
