Longer run for me. I ran at lunch and got caught in the rain the last few minutes. It was coming down pretty hard and I didn't want to get my bag of clothes wet carrying them back into work from my car, so I added on a mile and the rain had let up at least a little. I was tempted to add on more since I was feeling really good but I had already been gone from work for quite a while.
