I did a workout with Paul who is swimming really well. We did 100s but Paul hasnt really done workouts before so he went really hard on the first one. I pushed to stay with him and swam a 1:20 feeling pretty good. Typically I just recover about 20 seconds before going again but Paul needed a couple minutes after the first one. The next three were right around 1:25. The recovery was a little shorter but still longer than usual. Probably not a big deal though.
