Notes

Run on my own. Started out feeling great with new shoes and had a plan to go for 9-10 but by the end of the second mile things were feeling terrible. I'm not sure if my really worn shoes were worn down to adjust for some leg imbalances or what, but everything felt sore. I decided to turn back early and it was probably a good idea since my hamstring was as tight as it has been in year.

I already got into the chiro to hopefully fix this.
