Notes

Run on my own in the morning. It looked like it could storm at 4 and I wasn't sure if we would want to run in a big storm so I went out for a run just in case. I felt good for a while. Then bad around 3 miles so I decided to cut it short for 7, and then by 6 miles I was feeling great. Added on a couple to get back to my original goal of 9 for the run.
