Notes

Ran with a big group of current runners and alumni. Did a workout with Balto, Odin, and Pollux: 2-8-2 minutes tempo with pretty short recovery. This was pretty tough for me but I really wanted to keep up. Then the cooldown also took a lot out of me but still a good run.
