Notes

Run by myself. I felt pretty good to start this run and then my toe got sore again. Although it was hard to tell if it was sore or just the blister that I have right in the say spot. Made it through the run with some sore calves to get 50 miles for the second straight week. It is kind of sad how much of an accomplishment that is for me right now.
