Notes

Run at lunch by myself. I felt really good today. My legs had a ton of energy and I flew through one of our 5 mile routes. My form felt really strong, but my right arch was feeling tight. I think it was tight from strengthening but I still decided to pass on the couple of miles I was planning on adding on.
