Notes

Run on my own with an attempted workout. My legs were still sore but I was feeling decent after a few miles so I decided to try some tempo. I was going to do a couple 2 mile tempo pieces but after a mile and a half, I decided to just go for 4 straight miles. I felt good for about 3 miles and then struggled through the last mile before feeling terrible for the last 4 miles back to the house.
