Notes
I was planning on 8-10 today but my knee started to bother me around 3 miles and got bad enough that I knew I should head back. I walked a few minutes since it was really hurting but then it went away the rest of the run. I didn't want to push it though because for a while I was worried how I would get back if it kept hurting that much. I'm confident it was sore from the bike ride yesterday so hopefully it will just feel better tomorrow.
