Cyclocross ride with Nutmeg from Cedar Falls. I headed up to Cedar Falls this morning to watch the tour with Nutmeg. After that we headed out for an easy ride since he already raced a 10k this morning. A mix of bike paths, paved roads, and gravel roads as we went to Janesville and back. My knee got pretty sore by the end of this ride but recovered quickly after we stopped.
