Run with Kyle on the Sac & Fox. I was extremely stiff to start the run. I didn't even feel like I could bend my knees much. So the first mile wasn't very fast but as I started to loosen up we got rolling along. Kyle had his GPS watch on and said we were doing about 6:20 pace for the rest of the run. By the end I was feeling tired again and had some tightness in my right hamstring.
