Notes

Well, I could barely put pressure on my toe on Monday so apparently the race/my spikes caused a lot of trouble. I took a couple of days off and walking has improved but I still have quite a bit of soreness. The run felt the same way. It hurt but I could run through it. I decided to just test it out and make sure it doesn't get any worse tomorrow.
