Run at Drake with Nutmeg, Pollux, and Sonic. This was a good run with the guys. Both Sonic and Pollux ran great legs on the DMR and ran one of the fastest DMR's Luther has run in quite a few years. They had a little tempo that Nutmeg and I joined in for. 2 minutes at tempo, short break, 6 minutes at tempo. The 6 minute piece felt really good at a pretty solid clip.
