10 minutes of morning pt and 3 minutes of icing:

knee lowering off the stairs both sides 3 sets of 10

positioned knee lunges 1 set of 10

knee lowering (two legged squats on the slant board 1 set of 10

hip flexor movements on the 5 followed by single legged dip

I need to get my weight back in control. This injury has put me through an emotional roller coaster at times.

knee is a bit sore, i look forward to my acupuncture this Thursday.
