Notes
Considering the quantity of the day, this run was going pretty well. Probably helped that I wore the Minimus, which is why I did so. Unfortunately, they also brought me blisters (bottom of left foot) because of how sweaty my feet were getting. Which is why I had to stop .5m early. I just thought it made sense. Getting in another 1/2-mile is not worth worse blisters which hamper me in the days to come. Took them off and walked home barefoot. What a day!
I would LOVE to know how much I have drank in the last 3 days. Taking into consideration, the yoga, the outside temps/humidity, the running, the biking - it's gotta be some kind of PR. I'm actually kind of sick of it.
