COMMENTS: First trip to Planet Fitness. Started very slowly at 8.0mph and went up .2mph after each 6:00. 54-57 was 9.8mph and then the last 3 min. were 10.2, 10.6 and 11.0. Felt good for this one, especially as it went on.
