With Bill and Volante. Started out slowly and my legs were tired. Also, my abs were really tight and sore, like a stitch, but all over. It didn't help with Volante proposing his "flashing" scenario, and I couldn't stop laughing, about a mile and a half into the run. The abs eventually worked themselves out, but my legs were tired throughout. The only time I felt at all decent, was after Bill dropped before the 400PW loop and V and I started dropping the pace. Not surprising, really. My right knee was also very sore the entire time.
