COMMENTS: Long Nickerson loop (8.2m) in 50:08, then 4x long strides after a short break. 3m warm-up at 6:42 pace, feeling strong. Then 5.2m tempo in 30:01 (5:46), and getting tired on the hilly parts at the end. Felt fine afterward, and getting into the strides, which were fast, but not that smooth. Pelvic area typically sore afterward.
