COMMENTS: Rt. 31 out-and-back, w/ an add-on. Decided to forego the gym to run the trail instead. Realized that a run of any length would be ending in darkness. So, instead of rushing out the door, I got ready while watching PTI. Left w/ the headlamp and turned it on after 5m. My legs were sluggish for the first 2-3m. Felt a little better on the return trip, and decided to pick it up for the last 3m: 6:06, 5:59, 5:57 - not bad considering the poor visibility. Lower abs were tugging throughout, and I did mis-step once in the last mile, and I got a huge burst of pain for my troubles. Ouch, F@#$%!
